OceanSTAR Marine & Offshore Pte. Ltd has been awarded a detail design contract by a prominent Design Institute from China. The Detail Design Contract scope of work includes completing remaining detail design work for a Jack Up Drilling Rig, in accordance with the follow up comments from classification society.
